There's really not a "one size fits all" approach to losing weight. Everyone is different, so the key is finding out what will work for you.
The reality is healthy food is only as good as it tastes, and only works if you and your family will actually eat it. My main goal when developing recipes is that they are simple
to prepare, use healthy ingredients, and most importantly, taste good. I make recipes that my family enjoys eating and I hope you will enjoy them too! Check out my blog for some food inspiration!
Need some help with your nutrition? I am here for you! I offer:
$125 for an initial consult which takes about an hour – This includes a brief review of health history, review of current diet/eating habits, creation of specific initial nutrition goals along with brief education on necessary topics related to goals. Clients leave this session with a clear understanding of specific nutrition/eating behaviors to modify in order to establish a healthy eating plan and reach their health goals.
$60 for 30 minute follow-up sessions - These sessions are designed to create
accountability for clients, monitor nutrition goals, and create new goals as progress is made. Also includes additional education on various nutrition topics necessary to continue with
healthy eating plan.
$25 – Once you feel you’ve got the swing of things with your healthy eating plan, we can arrange check-in meetings to keep you on track. These take about 15 minutes by phone.
Value plan (Recommended)*
($420 value) – Change doesn't happen overnight, so this plan is designed to help you get the most out of your nutrition experience! Includes an initial nutrition consult, 2 follow up sessions, 1 check-in, and 1 customized 1 week meal plan. This plan is designed to help clients get a true grasp on changes they need to make in their eating habits and allow the time and guidance for new healthy
habits to kick-in, which increases the likelihood of long-term success.
*Consults take place over phone or Skype, but we can also arrange a personal session for
an extra $25 per session if located within 20 miles.
Custom menu planning:
$150 per plan - If you’re busy and looking for a menu that fits your family and lifestyle, including food preferences, allergies, and more, I can help! We will spend about 20 minutes chatting about what you’re looking for in a menu, then I’ll create a 1 week plan and send it to you! Menu planning for your company/business/or employees also available - contact me for details and pricing!
$200 – Looking to take the mystery out of grocery shopping? We will meet at a grocery store, and hit the key areas on learning how to breakdown each section into healthier options. Only available in the San Antonio area.
Prices vary - Do you have a group of friends/family/or co-workers interested in learning more about eating well? I can help! One of my favorite things to do is teach group nutrition classes! Not only does everyone leave with new and exciting nutrition information they can use at home, but it is a great way to gather together and do something that will better each person in the group. It’s a great way to get personalized attention and ask questions in a small group setting if that’s your preference, or gather a larger group for a more formal presentation. If you live in the San Antonio area, I can come to your house, workplace, church, or community center. If not, we can set up a webinar or Skype session.
